How can I keep my fresh fillings from falling out?

If any of you have been following my saga, I have about a million fillings and some root canals that I need done (and my insurance runs out today). Well I went in today and got two fillings done (first fillings EVER and they weren't that bad!). They are silver fillings, on my right side, not in the back back but one tooth on the top behind my canine tooth and one tooth on the bottom behind my canine tooth.

I was just wondering, what can I eat and drink so that these don't fall out? I had a little bit of water with a straw, but I'm even afraid of that. I'm aware of the obvious (chew on the left side), but I'm just wondering if there's anything specific I should be doing. Also, I grind my teeth at night, is this going to be a problem? Will it make them fall out? I'm very skittish (especially because if something happens to these, I'll be paying out of pocket to get them fixed).

Thanks very much, you all are always very helpful.

Geesh, don't be such a worrier. After 24 hours you can eat whatever you want as they will have reached maximum strength then.
