Mercury fillings?

what is the best natural remedy to lessen mercury poisoning after having fillings removed? also what is the best thing to replace the fillings with other then plastic? and how many fillings should be removed in one session?

thanks

Mercury fillings?
Cilantro, chlorella, apple pectin are some herbs that are used.

There are different kinds of plastic, some better than others. Some have metal in them.

Be careful when your fillings are removed that you are on oxygen so that you do not breathe in the mercury vapors. And don't have them all taken out at once.
Reply:get rid of the mercury. If you can afford to have them all removed at once, then do it.

I don't think there is anything that can reverse the poisoning, short of time not exposed. You should stop the exposure as soon as possible.

as for alternative materials, there is gold, sivler, and algagam or something like that. Do not use metals for any areas that are visible. dispite what some people think, it does not impress at all.

good luck
Reply:Gold fillings are not toxic and gold is very inert and unfortunately also very expensive.

Selenium actually reacts with mercury to form mercury selenide which the body eliminates and chlorophyll also helps to remove heavy metals from our bodies and that includes mercury. So a selenium supplement and a chlorophyll supplement would help. Brazil nuts are very rich in selenium and one brazil nut contains 100 mcg of selenium so two brazil nuts a day would give you 200 mcg of selenium a day. More than 200 mcg of selenium a day is not recommended as too much selenium is toxic.
Reply:My dad has mercury poisoning issues (the doctor who got his readings actually said "I have never seen someone with levels as high as yours that was still alive), so I've seen a lot of different stuff utilized.

I don't feel like I am an expert on the subject, so I don't want to go into the specific things you can use (like chlorella), but rather I'd like to leave a word of caution in reply to something someone else here said. If you have a significant degree of mercury poisoning in your system, DO NOT CLEANSE IT ALL OUT IN A SHORT PERIOD. By the same token, do not take out all the fillings at one time.

This will cause the mercury in your system to all suddenly enter your bloodstream at one time, and can be fatal (or otherwise extremely unpleasant and damaging). Mercury is bad and all, but....an accute poisoning from it all getting out at one time is way worse than the chronic poisoning.

Also, mercury is the most dangerous when it combines with halogens (especially fluoride...which wonderfully goes in through the mouth where your fillings are), so if at all possible you want to cut those out of your diet, at least when the detoxification is occuring and the mercury is being released from the (primarily fat) cells.

It's quite possible your mecury poisoning is nowhere near as severe as my dads, so some of the stuff I said might not be applicable, and it also might not be necessary to have one of the best people in the business guiding you.

If that's the case, this guy probably is the person you should go to for advice ( http://www.mercola.com/article/mercury/d... )

on detoxification protocool. Mercola knows his stuff pretty well, and is a fairly honest/non disinformation fellow.

Most of what my dad did overlapped with what he had there (it just was more advanced and had additional stuff).

Hope that's a good answer, I told you almost everything I know.

I'm a fan of ceramic fillings, but to be honest I don't know that much about the subject :x
Reply:Take charcoal tablets - they are the closest thing to a vacuum and will absorb the mercury.
