Chocolate Mousse
Vanilla Mousse
Icing:
White Buttercream
Chocolate Buttercream
Cream Cheese
Which combinations are the best?
Cake icing and fillings?
Vanilla mousse and wite butter cream yummmmm so good
Reply:O.K. Cheesecake is not a filling
mousse is usually used between layers of chocolate cake, same for vanilla.
White buttercream goes well on any cake
Chocolate on chocolate or yellow cake
Cream cheese on carrot cake
