Why do my fillings hurt?

I recently had 3 fillings done. Before getting them done, I only had pain when I ate really really sweet or cold things. But now, they hurt when I eat hard thing, cold things, when I move them, when I brush my teeth, basically I can't even use them. What is up?

Why do my fillings hurt?
It could be the fact that they are not filled properly or some of it have fallen out. Notice (well, I did) as the drill goes in deeper, your teeth start to feel more sensitive and it starts to get uncomfortable. Well, what's happened is that, the hole is now exposed to things you eat. If you have sensitive teeth, you'll know how it feels to eat cold things. So, the reason why it hurts when you eat cold and hard things is because the hole is sensitive to them.
Reply:WITH A HEAD LIKE THAT WHY WOULDNT YOU BE HURT
Reply:you eat too much aluminum foil
Reply:Fillings are often painful when new because they are too big. The first thing to do is have your dentist grind them down a bit, with more tweaking possible in the future. If symptoms persist, you could need a root canal (though needing three is unlikely.)
Reply:Yes maybe u need a root canal, because if they r next to each other, one root canal can make u feel that they all ache..

or if u already had one and the filling still hurts,it means the root wasn't extracted very well, cuz if it wasn't completely there u wouldn't feel a d*** thing

Reply:Your dentist may have exposed a nerve when he was drilling your teeth to be filled.
