Wraps and pita fillings?
Chicken, sweetcorn and mayo. yum yum. xxx
Reply:Chicken and sweetcorn is my fave. Sometimes I just take a couple of pittas and a tub of houmous with some celery and carrot sticks and have that for lunch
Reply:I like chicken strips with cheese, or just cheese, but you need to heat it 1st.
Reply:Oh oh! I have the best!

Chunks of chicken breast, with caesar salad, a little mayo and grated cheese to taste.

Mix it all in a bowl together, so it's covered all the chicken and mixed together.

Stuff it in a nice wrap or pitta and away you go!

Please try it - even if you don't like caesar salad. I don't like caesar salad particually, but seriously, this mixture make me drool.

Try it xD
Reply:deli style or cubed: turkey, ham, chicken

cheese: american, cheddar, provelone

mayo, bacon bits, ranch, lettuce, ground chicken or beef, salsa, sour cream; there are tons of combinations. just d something that would go in a sandwich or make a taco.
Reply:Cant go wrong with mediterranean roast veg with cheese.
Reply:This is my absolute favorite- chicken in small pieces- either marinated in Italian dressing and grilled or a rositerrie chicken- add baby field greens, creamy southwest caeser dressing, finely chopped red onions, Italian blend shredded cheese, and a generous squirt of hot sauce - Sirachi is a good one. Tuna with extra celery is good too. Add olives if you like.
Reply:Pita bread, separate in 2. place some tina mayo, lettuce and very thin shredded carrot, roll tightly and wrap in cling film.

tuna can be replaced with curried chicken and sweetcorn, fresh poached salmon and cream cheese, cottage cheese with a little wasabi and avocado, options are endless and delicious, experiment!!
Reply:Feta cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes make a good filling for pita breads :). It's delicious!
Reply:chicken mayonayise sandwhich filler
Reply:Can't go wrong with a bit of Hummus. Tesco do a really nice caramelized onion hummus. Stick it in with a bit of fresh cucumber and a smattering of tzatziki - lovely! You can get all this stuff relatively cheap from the supermarket.

I also really like to get ready roast chicken breast (you can also get these from the supermarket), slice it up and toss it in mayonnaise with some black pepper and a tiny bit of salt. Add in a bit of salad and it's really tasty!
Reply:I often have ham, lettuce, cucumber and coleslaw in a wrap for work..nice. Or how about coronation chicken and salad...the list is endless..
Reply:My favourite pitta filling is grated cheddar cheese with grated apple. I don't know if it would travel well, but it is yummy.
