Just got a sonicare toothbrush - which, so far, is delightful. But I started thinking about all that vibrating and am wondering if it could somehow loosen fillings? Has this happened to anyone?

No, it won't do. Make sure you keep it at 45 degrees when you brush and hold the handle with your fingertips - its impossible to apply too much pressure that way.
Reply:I never heard of this happening and never suspected it. You'd have to be using the wrong side of the brush to do anything like that and even then, I doubt it would be possible.
