Jacket potato fillings?

anyone have any ideas for interesting jacket potato fillings other than the usual stuff like tuna mayo, beans cheese, prawns etc? i was thinking macaroni cheese could be nice.

ive always found chilli con carne or spag bol to be quite yummy

Reply:nooooooo you cant get rid of the classic, tuna mayo, lettuce, cucumber, cheese potato.
Reply:Scoop out the potato and mash with salt, peeper and butter.


Cook some frozen petti pois and sweet corn.


Chop and fry some red onion and garlic.


Either chop and fry some bacon or use ham.


Mix together with the potato and put it back into the potato skins.


Sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven for about 10 Min's.


You can add chopped peepers to the onion and garlic too. Sounds drawn out but is really a very quick and tasty meal

Reply:Corned beef and brown sauce or a brie cheese and cranberries.
