Tooth Ache? fillings/teeth loose? what is it!?!?

My tooth started hurting me about a week ago. The tooth that was aching was one where I had a filling and half of it came out (came out over a year ago and has never bugged me). It would come and go, and mostly when something cold was on it, it would hurt.

Then the tooth next to it started hurting, and actually started to feel a little loose. It's like I can wiggle it, but barely. If I push my tongue against it, i can feel it moving in my gums.

I don't have insurance for a few more months and no money to go the dentist (and I have TERRIBLE anxiety w/the dentist which doesn't help lol).

Oh yeah, and my jaw kind of hurts to on that side (left).

Oh, and the for those of you that have fillings--you know the feeling if something metal/foil touches your filling, how that feels? THAT'S the kind of pain I've had today and yesterday and I dunno why. there isn't anything metal in my mouth!

Tooth Ache? fillings/teeth loose? what is it!?!?
You need to go to the dentist. If you lost half a filling and didn't have it replaced the cavity probably spread. Cavaties can go a long time without hurting and that's probably what's happening. Also, if you happen to still have your wisdom teeth they could possibly be moving and causing pain throughout your mouth. Only way to find out is to see a dentist. You can look up schools in your area with Google. You can get work done that is way cheaper.

As far as anxiety goes, I had the same thing for a while. But you have to remember that you are the one in charge and if you're paying, you're the boss. So if something is too much for you, you can stop it and they have to listen to you. Also, if you focus your concentration on 3 body parts, such as rubbing your knee, wiggling your toe against your shoe, touching your fingers to your palms - your brain is literally unable to panic. It works, give it a try next time you are in the dentists chair.
