Mecury fillings?

I have silver coloured fillings in the the back of my mouth that I got in the UK about a year ago.





Are these likely to be mercury and if so, are they really that bad?

They may not be good for you as such but unless you have a rare allergic reaction there is no evidence that they generally do any harm even long-term, but having them removed definitely does expose you to high levels of mercury if only for a short period, because they have to be drilled %26amp; broken up to be taken out. Live and let live!
Reply:Mercury is in silver fillings (amalgam fillings) but there is not alot in these fillings the mercury in it will not harm you in any way so dont worry about it! :)
Reply:From the articles I've read there is so little Mercury in these filling you get more in your system if you eat fish. I wouldn't worry to much unless you notice that your glowing in the dark or you start growing a second head.
