I've been checking around for the price of fillings and i'm a little confused! Band 2 treatments cost £43.60, and the website I was on says that you only pay one charge for a course of treatment. So if I was to get 2 fillings done would it cost just £43.60, or would it be 2x £43.60?
Thanks to any answerers!
Confused about nhs dental prices!?
no, it would be for the full course of treatment, its for however many fillings you need to get you 'dentaly fit'
Reply:hi, a corse of treatment is all fillings and treatments you need at the time, if you need 5 fillings it will cost £44.60, the same as if you need 1. However many dentists will do the urgent ones and leave the minor ones till you next go (6 months) so as to make more money, have a look at this link

Reply:I am a Ameriplan Benefits Specialist. This is discounted health plans. Much easier, save alot on visits and Dental work %26amp; very cheap. I also have the plan. www.urdentalmed.com
Reply:That's the cost for however many fillings you need as fillings fit within that price band. You would only move up to the next band if you needed complicated treatment such as crowns, bridges etc, so don't worry...you won't be slapped with a huge bill. Good luck
